Music News: Weiland to Play With Stone Temple Pilots This Summer |

According to guitarist Slash, after the tour for Velvet Revolver wraps in a few months, Scott Weiland will play a handful of shows with former band Stone Temple Pilots for a brief reunion. Time flys quickly- STP disbanded back in 2002 and a reunion was not discussed until recently. For those familiar with live shows of Velvet Revolver, you may be aware that the band has recently been adding STP cover songs to it’s arsenal of material on the road. Additionally, Velvet Revolver was also playing some Guns N’ Roses songs as well. We will keep you posted on the the exact tour dates for the Stone Temple Pilots Reunion shows.
