Retailing for around $1000 dollars, the Mojave Audio MA-200 is a large diaphram ALL TUBE condenser mic. Yes, we are huge fans of all tube mics. Basically, in my opinion a tube sounds warmer, richer, and seems to have more frequency response than a non-tube microphone.

The XLR connection is perfect for multiple studio spplicatio and well suited for broadcast…
Digidesign has been a pioneer in the digital recording arena for a very long time. We all know that they can design great recording software, plugins, and hardware interfaces. They also seem to know best what a Pro Tools mixer needs to be.

The Digidesign C24 provides quick and accurate control of every single aspect of the Pro Tools software…
Initially appealing to jazz and blues players based on the semi hollow design, the Vox DC has proven itself to be a very versatile and unique guitar which sounds nothing like…
Martin has lately been churning out custom series acoustics almost as fade as Gibson with their ubiquitous Les Paul name. The Martin Car Talk Special Edition is an amazing and beautiful instrument that retails for around $6500.

The use of interesting and equally rare woods is what makes this acoustic truly one of a kind. The neck is probably the…
The Marshall JVM210C is an extremely powerful and capable 2 channel combo amplifier. The amp is quite powerful at 100 watts of blistering voltage. This amp is most importantly constructed by hand wiring and features an all tube design as well.

Ships with a very rugged footswitch which allows for quick channel switching on the fly. My only problem with…
Each promises to re create some of the most popular amps for cheap. The Studio Devil Virtual Guitar is not a stand alone program, therefore it already gets bonus points from me. This plug in requires that…
The Gripmaster is designed to strengthen each individual finger muscle of the player's hand. If you are new to the guitar this $13.99 device will improve your speed and accuracy in playing.

I use the Gripmaster while at my office desk and…
The Framus AK 1974 is just that type of guitar. Retailing for around $5500 this semi hollow has a classic F hole cut out which not only looks cool but also adds a rich warmth to your solos and makes it perfect for jazz and…
