Review: Yamaha POCKETRAK 2G Pocket Recorder
Retailing for a mere $129, the Yamaha Pockettrak 2G Pocket Recorder is a decent sounding recording solution which can fit into your pants pocket with ease. This recording is actually quite small, weighing in at under 2 ounces and can actually fit into your pocket. What we like most about the Pocketrack 2G is that besides having a very capable condenser mic built in, it actually is one of the few recorders that actually houses a good sounding internal speaker. This comes in great hand when you want to do quick recordings but don't want to waste that time, or do not have your headphones handy. The internal speaker does a good job of replicating sound and is very versatile.
Includes 2GB of internal memory for ample recording time and good quality, cd audio.
If you are looking for an ultra portable recording solution, the Pocketrak 2G is a good and affordable solution.
