Review: B C Rich VG1 Virgin Electric Guitar
The B C Rich VG1 Virgin looks like a set prop from Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure. This guitar retails for around $400 and is built out of a solid body mahogany. This bolt on neck style guitar has a maple neck at 25 1/2" scale length.
The pickups are B C Rich BDSM dual pickups. I will be honest, this guitar does not sound like a 3 thousand dollar axe but has considerable value for a new guitarist. First, the striking look will certainly get attention. Next the sound gas a clean feel which gives good action to the high notes well above the 12th fret.
All in all, this guitar will cost you slighly more than an Xbox with Guitar Hero. I strongly urge you to go this route.
