These days my favorite guitars are unique crafted beauties that exceed others on the market.
The Framus AK 1974 is just that type of guitar. Retailing for around $5500 this semi hollow has a classic F hole cut out which not only looks cool but also adds a rich warmth to your solos and makes it perfect for jazz and blues players.
The neck is made from a one piece flames maple at 25 1/2 inches. The fretboard has a distinctive tiger stripe look which is only found on this Framus. Most importantly the pickups make this guitar stand out. The Seymour Duncan SH1n and SH1b dual Humbuckers are all business. They compliment this guitar beautifully.
As for tuning heads you will find locking machine heads and stop tail piece balancing it out. Enjoy!
