Review: Katy Perry “One Of The Boys”
Mary Perry's album is god awful. I say this after giving it an honest 3 full listens and studying the music very carefully. The problem is that there is simply not a lot to discuss. The obvious standout track " I Kissed a Girl" is a week attempt at a pro gay sentiment which loses all value when you realize that Katy us just acting out to get a dude's attention. The other tracks are much more forgettible.
In this reviewers opinion Katy Perry will likely fall into obscurity as much as that other artist who wrote "I Kissed A Girl" in the late 90's. I can't seem to recall her name. This record is disposable, predictable, and flabby.
