For those who did not buy an original iPod Touch because it simply did not hold a lot of music, Apple has answered your prayers with their new 32 gig version of the popular Touch player. For those unfamiliar, the iPod Touch is essentially an iPhone that lacks the ability to make calls and does not use cellular networks, but rather WiFi to surf the net.
I had a chance to put the new 32 gig iPod Touch through its paces and think that Apple had created probably the most advanced iPod ever. Basically, I travel the country on a weekly basis for work and are in a good position to try out the different WiFi networks that this country has to offer. Instead of lugging my laptop, I find that the Touch can do almost as much ad my notebook. I can be listening to music, downloading a song from iTunes, and surfing the web all at once. Mo other machine is up to this task.
The surfing experience is very pleasing and navigating web pages with your fingers is joyful.
