Review: The Godin 5th Avenue Guitar
What a cool looking, classy guitar. While the name may not be as familiar as the Gibson, the Godin 5th Avenue is not some cheap knock-off, but a solid guitar it it's own right.
The archtop acoustic guitar style used to be the only electric guitar style you could buy. Imagine that, a day before the flying V! Ah, the days of simplicity. Before I had ever played an archtop I always wondered whether or not it would project any sound.
What is amazing about the archtop design of the Godin 5th Avenue is that it projects nice low and high volume tones and is supremely comfortable to play. For just over $500 dollars, I reckon that you cannot buy a more affordable Archtop that sounds this good. Check New Prices >
